Race Review - Agecroft Small Boats Head

Trafford entered a number of crews at Agecroft Small Boats Head which was held this weekend on the River Irwell.  The 3050m course works its way out of Manchester city centre to finish in Salford Quays.  Conditions on the day were perfect - no stream, no wind, no rain and the river was a flat as a millpond. The scenery was quite spectacular with the city skyline in the distance, and Manchester United's Old Trafford stadium towering over the finishline.

Trafford had a number of good performances throughout the day and won one event, the women's IM1 coxed fours.
