Many new members (and some older ones) don't currently have club kit and may not want to buy any kit until they have been involved in a regatta or head race. Therefore in the short term it's recommended that crews who do not have kit wear plain black short or long-sleeved t-shirts until they decide to commit to racing. The club makes several kit orders throughout the season and so there are plenty of opportunities to order racing kit. There are also plenty of other types of kit that we order including waterproof jackets, long/short-sleeved embroidered Trafford racing tops, leggings, etc.
